Muddy Paws Paddock Terms and Conditions

Booking Terms

  • Bookings can be made via our website
  • You can book a 30 minute session at a cost of £7.00 or a 60 minute session at a cost of £10.00
  • Secure payment for bookings is made by PayPal
  • Our dog field is open from 6:00am to 9:00pm, 7-days a week, excluding Christmas Day
  • We only allow a maximum of 6 dogs per session
  • You may share a session with one other family member (outside of your household) or one other friend
  • You must be aged over 18 to use our secure dog field. Under 18s are allowed only when accompanied with an adult

Code of Conduct

  • All dogs must be up to date with Vaccinations and Flea treatments. We reserve the right to ask for proof at any point during your session
  • Dogs must have a collar or harness and an ID tag. We do not permit the use of choke chains, prong collars or similar devices
  • Verbal and/or physical abuse towards dogs will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave and may be banned from using our paddock again
  • Excessive barking will not be tolerated
  • Do not allow your dog(s) to dig in the dog field
  • You must clean up after your dog(s) immediately. We provide scoops and a dog waste bin. Waste bags are not provided, but there are waste bags available for emergencies
  • Dogs must be on a lead at all times before entering and when leaving the secure dog field. Only take your dog off the lead once inside the dog field and when the gate is securely closed. When leaving the dog field, please ensure your dog is on a lead before opening the gate
  • During your session, you and anyone with you are fully responsible for your dog(s) and they must not be left unattended for any amount of time
  • Please do not bring any food, either human or dog into the dog field. You may bring small treats for training purposes for instance, but please ensure any uneaten treats are removed before you leave for cross-contamination purposes
  • YOU are responsible for you own dogs safety and welfare at all times when in the secure dog field and within the car park area. Please stick to the rules at all times. They are for your own and your dogs safety and for the safety of other dogs and their owners
  • Muddy Paws Paddock reserve the right at all times to ask you and your dog(s) to leave at any time, should we feel our code of conduct has been breached

Parking and Dog Field Access

  • Parking is available, but this is at the owners risk and Muddy Paws Paddock accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage whilst your vehicle is parked on our premises
  • There is an option to drive your vehicle into the field for extra reassurance or if you are disabled or infirm. Alternatively you can park in the parking area and walk in
  • Please ensure when you leave you securely close the pedestrian and vehicle gate
  • If you are waiting for your session, please ensure your dog(s) remains in your vehicle, until the previous session has been completed and the dog(s) from that session are secured in their owners vehicle before taking your own dog(s) out of your vehicle

Cancellation and Refunds

  • We allow you to cancel a session up to 24 hours in advance of the session you have booked, and re-book another session
  • Refunds are only available where circumstances are beyond reasonable control, for example;
    • You have to self insolate due to Covid-19 regulations
    • You dog is taken ill
    • Access to our secure dog field is denied due to adverse weather or a road closure
    • You are involved in a car accident whilst en-route
    • You have to attend an emergency appointment
    • You are taken suddenly ill
  • If you are late arriving for your session, please ensure you still leave at the time your session ends
  • Pro rata refunds may be given where being late for your session was entirely out of your control

General

  • You MUST NOT go over your allocated time slot as other owners may immediately follow your slot. Please allow yourself plenty of time to pack away any play/training equipment, pick up any uneaten treats, pick up any dog waste and leave the dog field in a tidy order.
  • You are welcome to bring toys for your dog(s), such as balls and other suitable items approved to be used with dogs. Do not bring sticks or other objects that can cause injury, or where fragments can be left behind that other dogs may harm themselves on
  • Please ensure you leave sufficient time to recall your dog(s) and place on a lead before your session ends. Over-running your session may incur a surcharge
  • Muddy Paws Paddock do not accept any responsibility or injury or death to your dog(s) whilst on our premises. The responsibility for using our secure dog field lies solely with the owner of the dog(s). If you have any concerns about using our dog field, please do not enter and inform us of your concerns straight away
  • Although the paddock is secured against escape, Muddy Paws Paddock cannot be held responsible for the escape of any dog. If you are in any doubt as to the height of the fence, or any other security issues, please do not enter the paddock and inform us immediately of your concerns
  • Our team at Muddy Paws Paddock inspect the paddock, fences, gates, etc. on a regular basis and maintain accordingly, but if you should spot a potential issue, please notify us at your earliest convenience
  • Muddy Paws Paddock also reserve the right to refuse entry to the paddock if these terms have been breached and we may also ban you from entering the paddock in future
